WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE is a spicy sauce flavoured with the umami of vegetables and fruits. It is refreshing when eaten with fried foods. This sauce is certainly not limited to Japanese cuisine: use it as a marinade for meats and vegetables, as a grill sauce, hamburger seasoning and even for dipping. Perfectly delicious over rice and adds flavor to soups and stews as well.
