INGREDIENT

Rice noodles : rice flour 92%, water, tapioca starch, salt.

Spices mix & Herbs sachet: sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon, anise, cloves, cardamom.

Black soybean sauce: Soya bean 50%, water, sugar, salt, modified corn starch, acetic acid (E260), citric acid (E330), xanthan gum (E415), preservatives (E202),
caramel (E150a).

Chilli fish sauce : water, sugar, fish sauce, modified corn starch, chilli extract (2.3%), garlic, salt, acetic acid (E260), antioxidants (E300), preservatives (E202).
