Lemongrass 24%, Refined soybean oil, shallot, sugar, tamarind paste, dried red chilli, water, galangal, garlic, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid(E330), fish sauce (anchovy, salt, water), flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate (E621), shrimp powder, kaffir lime peel.
