Perfect blend of Naturally Brewed Kikkoman Soy Sauce, selected spices and molasses (a dark brown sugar syrup), and it gives poultry a sweet and savoury taste – plus plenty of umami. The sauce can also be used as a glaze for fish and grilled vegetables.
