Dried spice mix for Chinese style meat stew. Simply place the spices in the filter bag included, place in boiling water with your favourite meat and slow cook until tender.

Orange Peel, Ginger, Nutmeg, Fennel, Cassia Bark, Angelica Dahunca, Szechuan Peppercorn, Star SAnise, Clove, White Pepper, Galangal, Salt, Seasoning and Spices.
