Lap Cheong (Chinese style pork sausages) - made from 100% French pork with sweet and salty flavours. Marinated with the famous Chinese rose liquor Mei Kuei Lu, giving it an extra perfumed aroma and a slightly more floral taste. Best served with Thai jasmine rice.
