DESCRIPTION
Ceramic double boiler, a traditional Chinese cooking technique for cooking delicate food, such as soup or bird nest dessert.
Simply place water & ingredients in the jar and simmer for about 3 hours. With indirect heat and double lid design, all flavour and nutrition will be retained.
