This White Rice Vinegar is a clear sharp vinegar with distinct flavour clear liquid, mildly acidic in flavour and aroma. Made from non-GMO Thailand Rice with no added preservative nor colouring.

Good to used for Chinese pickles, sweet and sour sauces and dipping.
