Okonomi Sauce has been loved by Japanese people for many years. It I s made by blending around 20 types of different spices with plenty of fruits and vegetables which is characterized by a mellow sweetness and rich flavor.
Although the sauce is made for use on Okonomiyaki, a type of Japanese-style pancake, it can be used on a variety of different foods.
Water, sugar, molasses, tomato paste, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt), apple paste, salt, spirit vinegar (alcohol, rice, sake less (rice, rice koji), water), thickener: E1414, onion paste, spices (contains celery), yeast extract (yeast extract(yeast acerolas, corn, pineapple), dextrin, salt), date juice, carrot extract, thickener: E415, garlic extract, shiitake mushroom powder.
